Rosemarie Fusco is an urban planner and researcher specializing in coastal resilience, seaport governance, and sustainable waterfront development. Her doctoral research at the University of Rhode Island examined the incentives and institutional dynamics shaping seaport adaptation, with a focus on major U.S. ports. In her professional role at GZA GeoEnvironmental, Rosemarie leads planning projects that bridge technical analysis with community priorities, from master planning for ports to municipal climate resilience strategies.
