James Kelleher works as the Head of Special Projects in Port Heritage at Dublin Port Company, Ireland. With a proven track record in delivering impactful initiatives and projects, James has successfully led award-winning projects such as Reconfiguring the Diving Bell (2015), The Substation (2022), and the Tolka Estuary Greenway (2024) and the Liffey Tolka Project now under construction. These projects align with the Port City Integration objectives outlined in the Dublin Port Masterplan 2040.
A graduate of the Dublin Institute of Technology and De Montfort University, Leicester, UK, James is a long standing Member of the Chartered Institute of Building and the Institute of Project Management. His professional background is complemented by a deep passion for conserving both built and natural environments.
David Pino is Director of Port Vell since 2023, with a long career in the Port of Barcelona, ??and in various port authorities.
He is a Civil Engineer from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC) and has completed the Master of Engineering in Roads, Canals and Ports (Universitat Politècnica de Madrid), the Advanced Management Program (Esade) and the Corporate Governance Program (ICA) among others.
Between June 2000 and 2006 he was the Director of the Southern Port Zone of Ports de Catalonia. Subsequently Director of Infrastructures and Investments of the Ports of the State in the Balearic Islands.
He has been working at the Port of Barcelona since 2007 and has been in charge of deferens Departments: Operations, Territorial Planning, Technical Management of Concessions and Environment. He has been involved in many different Projects in all kinds of Terminals, facilities (Container, Bulk, Ferris, Cruise, Gas, Oil, Car, logistics, nautical, port-city). He was the President of worldwide working group 152 about Guidelines of Cruise Terminals. Furthermore, he has actively participated in the preparation of the 37th edition of the American Sailing Cup, as Coordinator of the Port of Barcelona.
Irina holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Philology and Literature by Latvian State University; and M.D. in Translation & Interpretation, Faculty of Humanities, by University of Vigo, Spain. Since 1998, she has been working for the Freeport of Riga Authority (Latvia) in the same position as today being responsible for maintaining and fostering corporate long term relationships with international governmental state and municipal entities, port of Riga sister ports, international port organizations, foreign embassies located in Latvia.
She is also in charge of receiving foreign business commercial delegations and port trade promoting and cultural events organization. She serves for many years as an Alternative Director for Latvia in International Association of Ports and harbours (IAPH) and as a member of General Assembly for Latvia in European Sea Ports Organization (ESPO).
Jimena began her career in the social sector, working in primary health care and supporting labor integration processes for people with visual impairments.
Secretary of Human Development and Social Policies in Necochea (2015-2019), national deputy (2019-2021), and Secretary of National Transportation Management (2022-2023). In Congress, she is the co-author of laws such as Alcohol Zero and Pediatric Oncology.
She currently chairs the Puerto Quequén Management Consortium, where her work focuses on strengthening the region's economic development, promoting the growth of the port system, and promoting inclusive management with a gender and community perspective.
Francesca MORUCCI is head of the North Tyrrhenian Port Network Authority’s Promotion and Public Relations office in Livorno (NTPN- Italy). She's currently General Secretary of International Association of Cities and Ports-AIVP. She has a PhD in “Territorial management, urbanism” (Phd’s research Title : ‘The port image for port city inhabitants : Livorno case study”, Université of Tours, France, 2017). She also has a Master degree in « Histoire et sémiologie du texte et de l’image- History and semiology of the text and of the image » from the Université de Paris VII (1998) and a Master degree in « Comunicazione ed informazione nelle amministrazioni pubbliche- Communication and information in Public Administrations » from Siena University (2003). Her work experience covers three main areas : international cooperation in the port and maritime sector, promotion and communication, port urbanism, with a specific interest in port-city integration, Port Centers and (re)territorialization of port heritage areas. She represents NTPN on several bodies such as ESPO « Cruise and ferries network », AIVP board, and the MedCruise Association.
