November 5, 2026 • 09h00 - 10h30

Is your port ready for the extreme weather of the new era? In this interactive workshop, led by We Right Click, partner of the SAFARI ports project, you will play a serious game that tests your port’s preparedness against a changing climate. Working in teams, you will face escalating weather scenarios, make decisions under pressure and see where your port’s resilience holds and where it breaks. Through real-life cases and collaborative play, you will identify common vulnerabilities, compare approaches with other ports and build a clearer picture of your next adaptation steps. Join us to gain fresh perspectives, practical insights and ideas you can apply directly to your own port.
